When everything is just right -- the temperature outside, the sugar content in the maple sap, plus the perfect time of year -- what results is perhaps the best maple syrup you'll ever taste.  Drum #15 was boiled on March 19, 2025.  The flavor this year is, as Howie & Stephan describe it as "like melted vanilla ice cream with a swirl of butterscotch".  Our 2012 Select syrup was featured in New York Magazine.
