When everything is just right -- the temperature outside, the sugar content in the maple sap, plus the perfect time of year -- what results is perhaps the best maple syrup you'll ever taste.  Drum #12 was boiled on March 16, 2024.  Howie calls it "A beautiful amber syrup, reflective of the schist and shale rocks on which these high mountain maples grow.  With notes of caramel and vanilla."  Limited numbers this year!  The true essence of maple in a bottle. Our 2012 Select syrup was featured in New York Magazine.
